On all products Smithy provides a lifelong guarantee.
- 1. Covers original knives purchased throughwww.nazarklinok.ru.
- 2. Valid only in case of dedicated and responsible use of the product.
- 3. Provides the right to eliminate defects not arising due to the fault of the operating person.
- 4. Does not cover any partial or full destruction of the knife caused by excess loads during operation.
- 5. The owner can rely on the support for elimination of production defects throughout the entire period of warranty.
- Upon expiry of the warranty period you may contact the producer with regards to restoration of the goods purchased at Nazarov’s Smith Shop, at a charge.
Werespectthe Law, and accordingtoart. 26.1 of “Protection of customer rights”, as well as “Rules of distant sales” approved by RF Government order No. 612 dd. 27.09.2007 there exists the Policy of return.
If you do not like our product of proper quality and you are willing to return it, you can surely do it within 7 days after you get the parcel through the Russian Post. The buyer is responsible for preserving the appearance of the goods, absence of utilization traces, full content and full availability of properties before the product is returned to the seller. The only limiting condition: it is impossible to return the product made by order (as per individual characteristics) if it does not have any defects.
If you do not like the product, you need to do the following:
- Contact the nearest Russian Post office.
- Send us the parcel with declaredvalueandlist of contents to the following address: company of Nazimova Maria Vladimirovna, 606121 Nizhny Novgorod region, Vorsma,Stadionnaja str., 17.
- Encloseaf illed return application form https://www.nazarklinok.ru/BlankVozvrat.docx, goods delivery note, postal payment bill, or send a scanned copy of the bill to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We will return the full cost of the goods.
If you find out defects or if you received a strange order, please proceed as follows:
- Contact the nearest Russian Post office.

- We will return the full cost of the good sincluding delivery cost and the cost of return shipment.
The goods can be returned if the following conditions are followed:
- The goods were never used (there are no traces of utilization).
- Appearance is preserved.
- Full content of the goods is preserved.
The funds are returned within 10 working days after receipt of the parcel, by postal transfer, to the address indicated by you.
For the purpose of parcel tracing please keep the bill which you get at the Russian Post office – the track no. would help you and me to trace the parcel location.To keep your data safe please send the details additionally to e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org, specifying the order no. and reasons of return.Parcels should not be sent on “cash on delivery” basis. The buyer is responsible for the goods before its delivery,
The following can cause rejection of return:
- damageofintegrityofpostalpacking (please use only original postal packing, avoid using of adhesive tape (except postal tape) and other materials);
- sent on “cash on delivery” basis.
Only those goods which are purchased in Nazarov’sSmth Shop may be returned (sellers can be company of NazarovV.V. or company of Nazarova M.V.), and return can be made only from an individual person who places the initial order. The seller returns the funds to the buyer only if the terms and return requirements are followed, as stated above.
Applications for return shall be considered within 10 days after receipt. The cost of returned goods shall be forwarded to you by postal transfer to the indicated address. Please keep all original documents related to money return. If you return goods of proper quality, delivery cost and transfer commission shall not be refunded.
If you get goods of improper quality which was not discussed by the seller beforehand, you may apply to provisions of art. 18 of “Protection of customer rights”.
Due to the specialties of distant sale the return of the goods can be done only by return of the goods of improper quality and placing a new order for similar goods.
You may reject the purchase order, return the goods and insist on money refund.
If you return the goods with defects made at the fault of producer, the goods shall be returned at the seller’s expense.
In case of disputesrelatedtothegoodsofimproperquality there shall be an inspection carried out.
