Замечательный нож, и по качеству изготовления, и по качеству клинка, и по эргономике. Использую его уже несколько лет. Я взял на себя смелость переточить его под чуть меньший угол, получилась бритва, причем заточку держит великолепно, несмотря на постоянное пользование. Использую его в основном как филейник, для более грубой работы есть другие ножи, от этого же волшебника:)
Нож имеет свою яркую индивидуальность, его узнаёшь сразу, я знаю, к примеру, что в нашей команде как минимум у двоих спортсменов такие же ножи!

Пользуюсь ножом около года. Сейчас могу сказать, что нож отличный. Очень удобно чистить рыбу,особенно карпа с его крупной чешуей.Также использую его для разделки свинины. Нож очень неплохо держит заточку.Спасибо большое мастерам.
