Купил в марте 2017 для жены первый отзыв (13 марта 2017 12:34). Итоги Три 3 лет эксплуатации. Жена не довольна остротой, после бритвенной заточки режется просит не точить. Когда пытается самостоятельно точить портит режущую кромку, порча кромки при резе продуктов на стекле. Меня это бесит. Держу нож Elmax отдельно от других ножей. Жена использует для тонких резов продуктов. Мне нож нравится: режет отлично, легко затачивается на японских водяных камнях и коже с пастой ГОИ до бритвенной заточки. В сухом остатке: рекомендую для покупки.

Заказал Пчак узбекский, из стали м390. Отличный нож, само по себе пчак унверсальный, можно и шкуру снимать и на кухне овощи чистить.

Цельнометалический лучше

Купил цельнометаллический Пчак, так как узбекские ножи самые ходовые на кухне, а у моего старого из клапанной стали (служил 10 лет) сгнила и отвалилась рукоять из рога. Руки не доходят восстановить. Учитывая опыт эксплуатации рекомендую цельнометаллические пчаки. Мой пчак выполнен безукоризнено в деле пока не проверял.
В видеоматериале представлено похожее изделие. Может отличаться по некоторым параметрам.
