X12MF steel has a high hardness (61-62 HRC), which provides excellent cutting edge durability, long-lasting sharpening and the ability to handle heavy loads. Due to the chromium and molybdenum content, this steel has good corrosion resistance compared to other high—carbon steels, however, it requires periodic maintenance - cleaning and drying after contact with moisture or acidic media. The X12MF is highly wear-resistant, which makes the knife resistant to discoloration and burrs during intensive use.
Handle material — Wenge: Wenge is an exotic breed of African wood, characterized by its density, structure and elegant dark shade. The wenge handle is pleasant to the touch, resistant to small mechanical influences, does not slip even in a wet palm, which increases safety at work. Люблю пчаки, а тут увидел складень. Раньше не сталкивался с этой Фирмой, поэтому сомневался. В июле 2020 всё-таки сделал заказ на два ножа (ещё заказал Пехотинца). Варианты недорогие, чтобы в случае чего не расстраиваться. Но когда пришел заказ... был в экстазе: формы гармоничные, качество отменное, вид - очень вкусный (ОЧЕНЬ стильно). Приятная неожиданность: на фото - клепки, прислали с накладками на винтах!
Приобрели Пчак из Elmas после покупки весной ножа Гепард из стали М390, убедившись в надёжности Компании и искусстве её мастеров.
Каждый охотник знает, что охотничий нож - только для мяса, разделки зверя, его использование не по назначению (строгание, колбаски, консервы, салатики, помидорчики) - дурная примета. Поэтому приобрели Пчак для бытовых охотничьих нужд на биваке.
Братья-узбеки исстари превосходные кулинары и веками выработали эту модель для кулинарных нужд, где он удобен и незаменим.
Приобретённый Пчак из Elmax превосходен и этим всё сказано. Очень удобен своей компактностью, абсолютно не подвержен коррозии и пигментации, хорошо и долго держит заточку. Заводская заточка очень острая, надо быть осторожным при первом ознакомлении с ножом, можно порезаться от одного лёгкого прикосновения. Однако это не повод делать заводскую заточку менее острой. В отличие от традиционного узбекского пачка нож несколько тяжёл, но это объясняется качеством металла и тем, что он складной из-за чего рукоятка «двойная» для складывания в неё лезвия.
