Blade steel X12MF is a high—carbon tool steel with excellent hardness (61-62 HRC), which provides exceptional cutting edge durability and high wear resistance. This material is resistant to heavy loads, keeps sharpening for a long time and is able to cope with frequent intensive use. Due to the chromium content in the composition, the steel demonstrates increased resistance to corrosion, however, regular maintenance is recommended for maximum service life — after use, it is enough to wipe the blade dry and, if necessary, use light oil.
