Я им и стругал и резал и разделывал дичь и даже открывал консервы но это было пару раз.С ножом ничего не случилось. Кромка была как новая только подводил.Все таки консервы вскрывать им было стремно а вдруг..... да и нож жалко все таки для этого есть открывалки.И тем немение я ножом очень доволен.Спасибо Владимиру Назарову и его мастерам за прекрасный нож так держать!!!
