По 15 - 25 кг мяса разделываю каждый месяц - просто шик блеск.За это время лезвие не точил , а на кож.ремне с пастой "гое" подводил.Заточка бритвенная как была так и осталась. Последний раз разделывал свинину да поспешил - шкурку с пальца цмыканул только в лёт. А вобщем ножём доволен. Да ещё мёрзлую рыбу режет "тока-так". И ведь что удевительно, после каждой разделки пробую резать бумагу А4 - шенкует запросто. Покупайте мужики не пожалеете. У меня ещё два ножа "Вепрь"дамасск-брату подогал, и "Вепрь" Х12МФ - оставил сыну на подарок(настоящий мужин должен иметь настоящий нож). Планирую себе заказать "Рыбак-2" рук.-бубинга, Х12МХ, или расклодной "Сибиряк".

О ноже- ручка тонкая , а так нормальный нож, после двух тушек кур, перестал брить и резать бумагу , бум режет, но плохо.
Слои вытравлены чем-то на заточке слоев не видно
в работе почти месяц, понравился посмотрим дальше....
